基于全Z-Buffer的五轴铣削图形仿真
Graphical Simulation for 5-Axis Milling Based on Full Z-Buffers
【摘要】 给出了实现五轴铣削图形仿真的全Z-Buffer方法,特别地,利用直线段、半圆弧和轮廓线的直扫曲面,对五轴轨迹分类给出了构造运动扫体表面的方法.
【Abstract】 A volume-removing graphical simulation method for 5-axis milling based on full Z-buffers is described.In this method,the cutter-sweeping volume and the cut stock are represented in full ZBuffers after their surfaces are scan-converted into pixel images.Only the part of stock full Z-Buffer just scanned is modified locally when the cutter has cut one segment of the path.An approach to constructing the cutter sweeping-volume surfaces using the 5-axis moving path classification and the linestraight sweeping,arc-straight-sweeping and silhouette-straight-sweeping surfaces is given.
