反应型纳米级磁核聚烯烃类磁性材料的研究——(Ⅳ)纳米级NdxFe3-xO4磁性载体的制备和性能研究

【摘要】 用化学共沉淀法合成出平均粒径在40-50nm的NdxFc3-xO4纳米晶,用TEM和PSD及XRD分析其结构、粒径和形貌.用磁天平和交流性自动测量仪研究其磁性能.结果表明,NdxFc3-xO4纳米晶是尖晶石结构,晶粒为立方形.比饱和磁化强度虽比相同制备条件下的Fe3O4略小,但矫顽力比Fe3O4高50%左右.

【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline magnetic carrier NdxFe3-xO4 have been prepared by chemical coprecipitation. Their structure and morphology were examined by the submicron particle size distribution analyzer, transmission electron microscopy and x- ray diffraction. It was shown that prepared samples have spinel crystal and are cuboidal which particel sizes are 40 -50nm. Magnetic properties were measured by magnetic balance and magnetic measurer automatic. It was found that saturation magnetization as little more then pure Fe3O4 and magnetic properties He high 50% then pure Fe3O4.
