桔皮色素的提取及其性能测试

【摘要】 本文对桔皮色素的提取及性能作了初步研究该色素颜色鲜艳,易于提取且稳定性好,它是一种有开发应用价值的天然色素.

【Abstract】 This paper pleliminary studies for pigment of orage peel. It was found that, the pigment has colorful, easily extract and color stability, the pigment of orage peel is a useful natural pigment.
