黄原胶发酵生产工艺研究
The Study in Ferment Technology for Xanthan Gum Production
【摘要】 本文研究了Xanthomonas Campestris XC—82.5R5菌株的黄原胶最适发酵工艺条件.分析了不同碳源底物及溶氧水平对发酵过程的影响,确定了发酵最佳温度、初始pH值、菌龄,揭示了以菜油替代PPE作消泡剂的优点,同时认为不宜采用添加H2O2水的方式来改善发酵液的溶氧状况.实验表明,最佳摇瓶发酵工艺条件:蔗糖作碳源要优于葡萄糖;最适发酵温度为28—32℃;接种菌龄为28hr,初始pH为7.2;消泡剂为0.1%—0.2%菜油.
【Abstract】 AbstractThe optimizations conditions in the technology for Xanthan gum by XC-82. 5 R5 Strain was studied. The influence by different carbon sources was analysed. For fermentation of the gum by R5 ,the most suitable temperature was 28- 32 ℃, pH was 7. 2, and the cultivation time was 28hr. The vegetable oil showed better effect for eliminating foam than PPE. The experimental results showed that H2O2 solution could not improve the oxygen transformation.
