【摘要】 本试验用氯仿麻醉豚鼠一侧迷路，造成前庭功能失调，记录胃电图（ＥＧＧ）变化。经研究发现ＥＧＧ呈现极明显的节律紊乱。ＥＧＧ的幅值（Ｐ＜０．０５）、活动指数（Ｐ＜０．０１）、反应面积（Ｐ＜０．０１）、节律极不规则。结果表明：胃节律紊乱与前庭功能异常有密切的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present study recorded the changes of EGG by anesthetizing one side of guinea pig labyrinth and making vestibule incoordination with chloraform.The experiment showed that the rhythm of EGG was confused significantly. It’ s amplitude (P<0. 05),activation index (P<0.01)and reaction area (P<0. 01) varied irregularly. These results indicated that there was a close relation between the disorder of gastric dysrhythmia and the abnormal function of vestibule.更多还原
