吸低氧混合气后循环内皮细胞数目及形态学的变化

【摘要】 在吸10.5%的低氧混合气15min前后,观察了60名战斗机飞行员循环内皮细胞数目的变化和形态学的改变,结果实验前的数目为1.03±0.48(个/μl);实验后为3.73±0.57(个/μl),发生了明显的改变。并观察到实验后年轻内皮细胞的脱落明显增多,与飞行员生活的习惯有一定的相关性。结果表明:在急性呼吸低氧以后对血管内皮细胞造成一定的损害。这可以用来解释飞行员的职业病。

【Abstract】 The number and morphofogy of circulating endothelial cells(CEC)in 60 fighter pilots were observed before and after inhalation of low oxygen gas mixture.The results showed that the numhar of CEC increased from 1.03±0.48(cell/μl)to 3.73±0.57(cell/μl)after inhalation of low oxygen gas mixture and the difference was statistically significant.It was also found that correlation exists between the degree of change and their daily habit.It is believed that the endothelial cells of blcotl vessels can be damaged by acute inhalation of low oxygen gas mixture which is responsible for the occupational disease of the pilots.
