利用腈纶废料制备高吸水性树脂
Preparation of Super Water-absorbent Resin from the Waste of Polyacrylonitril
【摘要】 腈纶废丝首先在碱性条件下水解,再经中和、洗涤后,加入交联剂甘油环氧树脂加热交联即得高吸水性树脂。实验表明,甘油环氧树脂的最佳用量在0.30%左右,所得吸水树脂吸水率稳定在600~800g/g之间。
【Abstract】 the waste polyacrylonitril was hydrolyzed with aqueous of NaOH to form polyacrylamade containing carboxyl and amide functionalities.Then the super water-absorbent resin was prepared by crosslink of the hydrolysate and glycerin diglycidyl ether.The water absorbency of the resin is 600-800g/g,the optimal concentration of glycerin diglycidyl ether is about 0 30%。
