【Abstract】 double-blind controll trial of therapeutic effect between buspirone and amitriptyline was conducted in 80 cases depression.The results showed that the therapeutic effect of home-made buspirone was similar to amitriptyline.The effective time of buspirone is slower than amitriptyline.
