高效液相色谱法测定护肝颗粒中芍药甙的含量
DETERMINATION OF PAEONILORIN IN HUGAN PARTICLES BY HPLC
【摘要】 用HPLC法测定了护肝颗粒中芍药甙的含量,其分析柱为ODS-C18,流动相为甲醇-异丙醇-醋酸(36%)-水(25:2:2:71),检测波长为230nm,样品提取溶剂为水,提取方法和时间为超声振荡10min。芍药甙的平均回收率为97.44%,RSD=0.61%(n=6).线性范围0.208~0.852μg。方法简便、快速,精密度和稳定性良好,适于护肝颗粒生产的质量控制。
【Abstract】 The paeonilorin in Hugan particles was determined by HPLC,the mobile phase consisted of ethanol-isopropnolacetic acid-water(25:2:2:71)), the ODS-C18 column was used as analytical column.The standard curve of paeonilorin was A=5653 +563270X(r=0.9997),recovery was 97. 94%(RSD =0.61%,n =6),The HPLC to be adopted in this paper could be used for quality control in the production of Hugan preparations.
