Cu(Ⅱ)-L-氨基酸配合物与5′-核苷酸的反应和分子识别关系

【摘要】 研究了Cu(Ⅱ)-L-氨基酸配合物与5′-核苷酸之间的反应性和形成三元配合物的能力,根据IR、ESR和NMR谱讨论了二者之间的配位和分子识别关系。

【Abstract】 The study on ternary complexes containing metal,amino acid and nucleotide may provide a simple model for the more complicated interaction between metal,protein and nucleic acid.On the basis of reactivity and IR,ESR,NMR spectra,the recognation of Cu(Ⅱ) L amino acid complexes with 5′ nucleotids was expained.In the complexes a whole the O atom of α carboxylate group and the N atom of α amino group of L amino acids,except L histidine coordinate with Cu(Ⅱ),the N atom of imidazol ring of L histidine coordinates with Cu(Ⅱ).The N 7 atom of purine ring of all purine nucleotides coordinate with Cu(Ⅱ).The O 6 atom of 5′ GMP and 5′ GTP may be coordinate with Cu(Ⅱ) or form hydrogen bond.The phosphate group of nucleotides may form salt bond.There is π-π stacking between the aromatic ring of imidazol with the purine ring in Cu(Ⅱ) L His 5′ nucleotide complexes.
