单分子膜诱导生长纲米线
Generation of Rod-like CdS Nanoparticles under Monolayer
【摘要】 本文阐述了向覆盖有硬脂酸单分子膜的CdCl2水溶液表面通入H2S气体,产生取向生长的CdS纳米线的过程.结合TEM及电子衍射,分析了其产生的机理.
【Abstract】 CdS particilate film. composed of oriented rod-like crystals,has been generated by the exposure of stearate monolayer coated aqueous CdCl2 solutions to hydrogen sulphor. The steate cioat-ed CdS layers. at different stages of the growth. were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) ,electron diffraction. And the epitaxial growth of CdS has been analyzed.
