Fe—Si、B超细微粒的制备及性质
Preparation and Property Ultrafine Particles of Fe-Si and Fe-B
【摘要】 在1Torr压强的氮气中用气体蒸发法制备了以Fe-2Wt%Si合金和Fe50B10合金为原材料的超细微粒.通过透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和振动样品磁强计分析了所形成微粒的粒径、形态、晶化状态及磁性.讨论了微粒的可能组成及形成机理.
【Abstract】 Ultrafine particles were produced by vaporising of Fe?2Wt% Si and Fe90B10 alloy in N2 atmosphere at 1Torr pressure. The size, morphology, crystal and magnetic properties of particles obtained were determined by TEM, XRD and VSM. It was discussed that construction of the particles, as so that mechnism on the particles synthesis.
