【Abstract】 The heterogeneous phase reactions in water may take the place of the homogeneous phase reactions in organic solvents for the preparation of phthalanilic acids.The complexes of phthalanilic acids with first transition metal series and lanthanide elements have been selectively synthesized by three different methods.
