全下颌牙种植义齿及支持组织应力的三维有限元分析──Ⅰ. 三维有限元模型的建立

【摘要】 采用CT旋转断层扫描法及冠状断层扫描法荻取全下颌牙种植义齿及颌骨各结构连续断面的CT影像,将结构轮廓均匀放大后描记于透明坐标纸上,输入美国SGI公司IndigoⅡ型计算机,应用I-DEASFEM软件,经数据处理完成三维形态数字仿真模型重建,划分单元和节点,建立三维有限元实体模型。
【Abstract】 Consecutive sectional images of the edentulous mandible,the implant-supported complete fixed prosthesis and overdenture were obtained by CT scan. The anterior part of the model was scaned in rotating matter getting transaxial images, while the posterior was scaned in coranal direction getting cross-sectional images. The outline of each structure was magnified and recorded on the transparent coordinate papers. Input the ccordinate values and construct 3-D simulation in SGI Indigo Ⅱ computer aided by I-DEAS FEM software. The medel was meshed and boundary condition was set.So the 3-D FE model was constructed.
