加压排代色谱法分离纯化153,159Gd的工艺研究
STUDY ON SEPARATING AND PURIFYING ̄(153,159)Gd BY PRESSURIZED DISPLACEMENT CHROMATOGRAPHY
【摘要】 研究了用加压排代色谱新工艺从堆照产物钆中分离少量放射性杂质152,154Eu和160Tb,得到纯放射性同位素153,159Gd。以EDTA作排代剂,研究了柱比、乙酸铵浓度、排代剂酸度和浓度以及流速等各种工艺条件对分离效果的影响。结果表明,减小排代剂的流速,控制适当的谱带移动速度,使得在不同浓度排代剂条件下,均能得到良好的分离效果。
【Abstract】 The separation and purification of ̄(153,159)Gd from ̄(152,154)Eu and ̄(160)Tb by the pressurized displacement chromatography is studied.The effects of several factors such as the column ratio,the concentration of NH4 AC,pH and the concentration of EDTA and the flow rate are studied.The recovery and purity of ̄(153,159)Gd by this process is 92%and 99.9%respectively.
