OH~-接枝的有机硅高分子膜湿敏元件

【摘要】 本文用OH~-接枝有机硅高分子聚合物,制备出了高分子湿敏元件。元件在15%—100%RH范围内,电阻变化达5个数量级,吸湿响应时间为1—2分钟,脱湿响应时间为10秒左右。元件的耐水性特别好。

【Abstract】 A water-resistive humidity sensor was fabricated by using OH grafted organosili-conpolymer as sensing membrane. The resistance of the sensor decreased by five orders of magnitude with increasing relative humidity from 15 to 100%RH. The response time of these devices was about 10s for the abrupt change of humidity from 75 to 33% RH or from 100to 75% RH while one or two minutes was needed for the change from 33 to 75%RH or from 75 to 100%RH. The behavior of water resistive was good.
