稀土元素对SnO2气敏材料稳定性的影响

【摘要】 本文考察了二氧化锡气敏基材随300℃下老化时间的增长,比表面减小,对乙醇的灵敏度下降的情况,此为二氧化锡气敏元件长期稳定性欠佳的原因之一。用稀土元素对二氧化锡进行化学修饰后,其比表面和灵敏度随老化时间的增长变化甚微,有助于提高二氧化锡气敏材料的稳定性。同时考察了老化时间对二氧化锡微晶结构的影响。

【Abstract】 The specific surface area and the sensitivity to ethanol of Tin dioxide gas-sensitive materials decreased with the increase of aging time uader 300℃. This was one of the reasons that the gas-sensitive stability of Tin dioxide material declines with the using time. The experiment results indicated that the stability may be improved by the chemical modification of the Rare-Earth elements. When the Rare-Earth elements were introduced into Tin dioxide, the specific surface area and the sensitivity varied slightly under the same conditions. The effect of the aging time on the micro-crystal structure of Tin dioxide matetials was also observed.
