【摘要】 本文以海冰数值预报原理为基础,结合海上石油开发和工程设计中对海冰参数的需求,探讨了海冰数值预报模式的再解释和其产品的进一步应用,即释用研究,提出了相应的方法。部分释用成果已在渤海海冰烈度区划和海冰管理中得到应用。这些理论研究还将为海冰数值预报产品在渤海海洋石油开发的海冰管理应用中发挥更直接的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on ice numerical forecasting principle and aimming at the demand to ice parameter in offshore oil development and engineering design,the re - explanation of ice numerical forecasting model and the further application of its data are discussed ,the relevant method is presented. A part of its results have been applied in Bohai ice intensity division and ice management. These theoretical study will play more direct role for ice numerical forecasting data in ice management of Bohai offshore oil development.更多还原
