【摘要】 应用 PCR 技术检测154例女性宫颈组织和宫颈分泌物标本的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV),HPV—6.11型阳性49例,阳性率31.82%;其中宫颈组织标本56例,阳性23例,阳性率41.07%;宫颈分泌物标本98例,阳性26例,阳性率26.53%。结果显示宫颈组织标本 HPV—6.11的阳性检出率高于宫颈分泌物,提示 PCR 技术对于 HPV 的检测具有特异性强、敏感性高的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human papillomavirus(HPV) was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the cervical tissue and secretion in 154 females.49 HPV-6,11 cases were detected with a positive rate of 31.82% among the total.Among the samples of cervioal tissue from 56 cases,23 were HPV-6,11 positive,which was 41.07%,and 26 were found positive,which was 26.53% among the 98 samples of cervical secretion.The results indicated a higher positive rate of HPV-6,11 in samples of cervical tissue than in cervical secretion,and suggested specific and sensitive characteristics of PCR in the detection of HPV.更多还原
