【摘要】 ６４例中央型颈椎间盘突出症，累及颈脊髓引起不同程度瘫痪。全部病例经颈前路椎间盘切除，椎体间植骨融合。随访２～９ａ，按ＪＯＡ标准评定疗效。结果：优２０例，良２９例，改进８例，无效２例，有效率９６．６％。提示：及早手术切除突出的椎间盘可以防止脊髓不可逆性损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports 64 cases of central herniation of the cervical intervertebral disc complicated with cervical myelopathy.All the cases of myelopathy received disc excision through anterior approach and the fusion of the interbody. Follow-up 2 to 9 years,the results were evaluated with the criteria of JOA. There were 20 cases excellent, 29 good, 8 improved,and 2 poor,The average rate of improvement was 96.6%. It is suggested that MRI may be of great value to the diagnosis of the herniation of the cervical intervertebral disc.The patient with central herniation of the cervical intervertebral disc should be treated with surgical excision as soon as possible to prevent the irreversible injury of the spinal cord.更多还原
