【摘要】 为了预防颈前路手术的并发症并降低其发生率，统计６７９例颈前路手术出现的并发症。结果：各种并发症５８例，占颈前路手术的８．５４％。其中手术暴露过程中的损伤２３例，占３．３９％；减压时的损伤１２例，占１．７７％；术后并发症２３例，占３．３９％。提示：颈前路手术的并发症虽不多见，但后果较为严重；并提出了应采取的相应措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 To prevent the complications of anterior approach in cervical spinal surgery and reduce its incidence,the complications of 679 cases of anterior cervical spinal surgery were analysed. There were 58 cases(8.54%)of complications in this group.Out of,them,23 cases(3.39%)were injured during the process of exposure,12 cases(1.71%)during the process of decompression,and 23 casses(3.39%)occured after operation.It is suggested that the complications of anterior approach in cervical spinal surgery be fewer but serious,and could be prevented with appropriate measures.更多还原
