近地空间处理小麦干种子对 M1的生物学效应

【摘要】 通过"940703"卫星搭载进行近地空间处理小麦千种子,可使 M2幼苗叶片数减少,苗高降低,田间的出苗率和成株率有所下降,而对根部的生长表现出刺激作用;与300Gy60Coγ射线处理相比,其 M1损伤效应显著降低,采用幼苗过氧化物酶同工酶分析也得到充分证实。但近地空间处理在 M1便有较多的机率产生符合育种目标的一些有益的性状变异,如矮秆、长穗等,频率可达2.22%~11.11%。

【Abstract】 Dry seeds of wheat varieties carried in the artificial satellite"940703" were treated in the near-ground space(NGS).The results showed that the leaf number of seedling,seedling heights,the rates of seedling emergence and plant formation in M1 were reduced.However,NGS had stimulating effect on the growth of seedling roots.Compared with 300 Gy of 60Coγ-rays,the damage effects of NGS on M1 were significantly reduced,as proved by the result of the peroxi- dase isoenzyme analysis of the seedlings.It indicated that there were more chances to generate good variations in M1 by NGS treatment.The variation rates were 2.22%~11.11%.
