双极型晶体管混频器模型的建立
Modeling For Bipolar Transistor Mixers
【摘要】 本文以Volterra级数和变换矩阵为基础建立了双极型晶体管混频器的频域分析模型。运用本模型,可以模拟多频信号输入和考虑本振谐波情况下混频器的混频增益和二阶、三阶交调、互调失真电平随电路静态工作点和本振幅度的变化关系.
【Abstract】 In this paper,a frequency domain a.nalysis model of bipolar transistor mixers has beenconstructed based on Volterra series theory and conversion matrix technique. With this model.not onlycan the conversion gain,the cross-modulation,the second-and third-order intermodulation andharmonic distortion levcl be,calculated but also the variation of them with the circuit staic operationpoint and the amplitude of the local oscillation signal can be simulated.
