蔗果糖酶生产菌株的筛选及生产特性研究
STUDY ON SELECTION AND PROPERTIES OF A HIGH FRUCTOOLIGOSACCHARIDE PRODUCING β FRUCTOFRUANOSIDE ACTIVITY ASPERGILLUS NIGER
【摘要】 对七种黑曲霉菌种的果糖苷转移酶、水解酶活力进行了检测。以β-呋喃果糖苷酶活力为指标,经紫外线、Co60照射诱变,筛选出生产潜力较大的菌株HNCO-8008并初步研究了该菌株的生产特性。本文对发酵体系中几种与寡果糖生产有关的酶活力的区分方法进行了较深入探讨。
【Abstract】 Distribution of transfructosylating ( U t) and hydrolyzing (U h) activities in cells of seven microorganisms is investigated.Aspergillus niger HNCO-8008,which was selected from a fructooligosaccaride-producing strain Aspergillus niger I spores irradiated by UV and Co 60 ,shows high β fructofuranosidase productivity,and its transfructosylating activity (U t) is very strong compared to its hydrolyzing ativity (U h) with a high sucrose concentration.
