小型直喷式柴油机燃烧过程优化的研究
RESEARCH ON THE OPTIMUM COMBUSTION PROCESS OF THE SMALL SIZED D I DIESEL ENGINE
【摘要】 本项研究设计了四角形、花瓣形和四角花瓣形等三种小型直喷式柴油机新型燃烧室,并采用油膜法这一简易的流体可视化技术检测几种燃烧室的壁面流体状态,最后通过发动机性能试验证实四角形燃烧室对改善小缸径直喷式柴油机的燃烧特性、降低油耗和减少排气烟度具有良好的效果。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with three new type combustion chambers of the small sized d. i. diesel engine, quadrangle shaped, petal shaped and quadrangle petal shaped, the fluid states of the combustion chamber walls were tested by the oil film method, a simple fluid visualization technique. Finally, it has been proved from the engine performance tests, that the quadrangle shaped combustion chamber has a satisfactory effect on the improvement of combustion characteristics and the reduction in fuel consumption and density of exhaust of the small sized d. i. diesel engine.
