制备工艺对SnO2超细粉颗粒度的影响
INFLUENCES OF PROCESSING CONDITIONS ON THE PARTICLE SIZES OF TIN DIOXIDE NANOMETRIC POWDERS
【摘要】 用液相沉淀法,在分析纯SnCl4·5H2O水溶液中滴加分析纯NH3含量为25%~28%的NH4OH水溶液,得到粒度为几个纳米至二十几个纳米的SnO2超细粉末;系统研究了SnCl4的浓度、滴加NH4OH水溶液的速度、干燥方法、煅烧温度及粉末中氯离子的含量对最终粉末颗粒度的影响规律,并探讨了影响机理
【Abstract】 he ultrafine tin dioxide powders with particle sizes of 3.79 ̄26.24nm were obtained by wet chemical precipitation method in the A.R. stannic chloride aqueous solution adding A.R. NH 4OH sowtion with 25% ̄28% NH 3.The effects of SnCl 4 concentration, adding NH 4OH speeds, drying method, sintering temperature and washing times on the final particle sizes of SnO 2 were investigated systematically and the effect mechanisms were also discussed in this paper
