纯/非纯糖液中5-HMF的HPLC法测定研究
DETERMINATION OF 5-HYDROXYMETHYLFURFURAL IN PURE/INPURE SUGAR SOLUTION BY HPLC
【摘要】 5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)是糖液受热过程中糖的分解产物。提出了用高效液相色谱法测定蔗糖溶液中5-HMF的方法,并对制糖工业中的非纯糖液,如清汁、糖浆及糖蜜等样品进行了分析。研究结果表明,5-HMF测定的线性范围为0~50mg/l,平均回收率为99.2%,最低检测浓度为0.02mg/l。
【Abstract】 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural (5 -HMF ) is a decomposition product of sugars, produced when sugar solution is heated. A HPLC method for the determination of 5-HMF in impure sugar solutions (thin juice, syrup or molasses) is proposed. The calibration curve for 5-HMF gives good linearity over the wide range of 0 ~ 50 mg/l. The average recovery of 5-HMF by the standard addition method is 99. 2 %. Limit of detection is 0. 02 mg/l.
