超细粒子在化工分离上的应用──活性硫化镍特性研究
THE APPLICATION OF SUPERFINE PARTICLE IN CHEMICAL ENGINEERING SEPARATION─STUDY ON PROPERTIES OF ACTIVATED NICKLE SULFIDE
【摘要】 活性硫化镍是一种用于镍电解阳极液除铜的超细微粒物质。对华南理工大学合成的活性硫化镍进行了一系列性质的研究。结果表明:它是一种丝状,多孔,含水的非晶态集合体,镍硫化学组成为NiS0.806,比表面为98.5m2/g,在常温下表现溶度积数量级为10-9~10-8,微粒略带负电荷,|ξ<30mV.
【Abstract】 Activated nickle sulfide is a kind of superfine particle used in the removing copper of nickle electrolysis anode solution. This paper aims on the studies of the properties of activated nickle sulfide which are synthesised in South China University of Technology. The results show that it is a threadlike, many-holes, noncrystalline aggregation and absorbing water easier. The chemical formula is NiS0.806 and the specifie surface area is 98. 5 m2/g. Apparent solubility product is about 10 - 9 ~ 10- 8. The colloidal particle carries negative charges, |ξ|< 30 mV.
