变转速提高球磨效率的研究
THE STUDY FOR BALL-MILLING AT VARIABLE ROTATIONAL SPEED TO IMPROVE THE BALL-MILLING EFFICIENCY
【摘要】 依据湿法间歇式球磨环境随着粉磨的进行而不断地改变的特征,在整个球磨周期内,采用分段改变球磨机筒体的工作转速,经实验室和工业试验,结果表明能大幅度地提高球磨效率,既节省电耗,又提高产量。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristic that the environment of the wet ball-milling often changes as the time goes on, the experiment was particularly designed. The result of the experiment at laboratory and in industry showed that altering the rotational speed of the jar can raise the efficiency of ball-milling, save power consumption and enhance the output of the powder.
