【Abstract】 Application of tissue culture for radiation breeding in chrysanthemum is studied. Results are as follow: it can increase frequency of apparent mutation and chance of selection, speed up separation and homozygosity of variance, shorten cycle of breeding, create good effect in breeding.更多还原
