考虑磁场影响时半导体方程的混合初边值问题
MIXED INITIAL BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM OF THE SEMICONDUCTOR EQUATION AFFECTED BY A MAGNETIC FIELD
【摘要】 研究在磁场影响下的半导体方程组的混合初边值问题。利用正则化方法、拟单调方法和Moser技巧得到了该问题整体弱解的存在性结果。
【Abstract】 The semiconductor basic equation system under the influence of magnetic field is considered in this paper. The system is a parabolic-elliptic coupled system with the mixed initial boundary value conditions. The existence result of the weak solution to the problem is obtained by using the regularizing method and Moser thechique.
