【Abstract】 A method about the calculation and management of the exploitation region’ s air and water environmental capacity is developed. Some related detailed treatment and steps of the application of the method have been discussed based on the Hunan Chenglingji Economic Technology Exploitation Region. The method is referential and directive to the calculation and management of other similar exploitation region’ s air and water environmental capacity.更多还原
