【Abstract】 Least median of squares combined with spectrophotometric direction calibration technique was established and used for simultaneous determination of a multicomponent pharmaceutical system with two analytes(diphehydramine and ephedrine).Because the noise distribution was not normal for the experimental system, a concentration estimation obviously better than that achieved with calibration techniques based on the principle of least squares was obtained by the technique. Then it was applied to select neasurement wavelength for multicomponent spectrophotometry and determine outliers in the response data.更多还原
