【摘要】 本文对５６例３０岁以下的青少年鼻咽癌进行根治性放疗及预后分析，５年生存率５１．８％。放疗后鼻咽、颈部有无残存为影响预后的重要因素，其中４例出现较严重的远期并发症，值得重视。５６例发生误诊者２７例，误诊率４８．２％，提示临床各科对青少年鼻咽癌重视不足，易误诊其它常见病，延误治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 This artcle deals ith the radical radiotherapy and analytic prognosis of 56 patients under30 years old with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). The 5-year survival rate made up51.8 %. The important factor affecting prognosis was the existance or nonexistance of residuein the nasoparynx and the neck after the radiation treatment.Four serious late coplicationsoccured and twenty sevem of 56 cases were misdiagnosed,the misdiagnosis rate was 48. 2%.This showed that the nasopharyngeal carcinoma among the adolescents was not given enoughattention,often misdiagnosed as another common disease and delayed for right treatment.更多还原
