【摘要】 本研究以改善吻合口及残胃的血运为出发点，自１９８２年４月至１９９０年４月共对１３７例胸下段食管癌、早期贲门癌采用保留胃左动脉食管胃吻合术。与传统术式相比，此术式具有操作简单、手术时间短、安全性大等优点，可预防吻合口瘘，减少术后心肺系统并发症及消化功能紊乱等，非常适合于年老体弱患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to assure sufficient blood supply to the stomach, 137 cases of distal esophagealand early cardiac carcinoma were treated by radical resection,in which the left gastric arterywas preserved,from April 1982 to April 1990 in our department. The results showed that thismethod could not only save the time of operation but also be easy to operate,compared withconventional methods, and it could prevent anastomstic leakage, decrease cardiopneumaticconplications and disturbance of digestive function. Thus we believe that this method is verysafe and simple,and especially suitable for the weak and elderly patients.更多还原
