【摘要】 本文回顾性分析了７０岁以上老年人及４０岁以下青壮年胃癌的临床表现、病理特点及术后并发症等因素，认为老年人胃癌以幽门窦部、分化好的管状腺癌为多见，与青壮年组相比差异有显著性（Ｐ＜Ｏ．０１）；两组的手术切除率相比差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）；但老年组的术后并发症显著高于青壮年组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。指出应重视老年人胃癌的早期诊断，一旦确诊应积极行手术治疗，加强固手术期的治疗可减少术后并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The symptoms,pathological characters and post operative complications of the stomach cancer patients who were over 70 and under 40 have been retrospectively analyzed in this paper.Our results showed that well differentiated pyloric tubular adenocarcinoma was more often found in old patients.Compared with the young-group,there was marked difference(P<0.01)in the elderly group.The radical operation ratio of the two groups had no obvious difference(P>0.05).However, the old patient group had more operative complications(P<0.01).It is suggested that the operative complication of the aged may be reduced by early diagnosis,initiative operation and the stress on the active treatment during-operation.更多还原
