【摘要】 本文从我院１９７３～１９８２年期间收治的５４０例女性乳腺癌中，收集整理６０岁以上（含６０岁）的女性乳腺癌４８例，占同期乳癌８．８９％。全部病例均有病理证实及随访材料。从年龄分布、肿块大小、病理组织学类型、腋下淋巴结转移率、临床分期与生存率的关系等资料进行分析，探讨老年乳癌的临床特点及影响其预后的相关因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1973 to 1982, 540 cases of breast cancer were treated in our hospital,among which 48 cases (8.89%) were old patients aged over 60. The clinical characteriistics of this group of old patients were discussed and the relationship between survival with prognostic factors like age,pathologic diagnosis,auxiliary lymph node metastasis,and clinic stage was analysed.更多还原
