【摘要】 总结了16例肾母细胞瘤患儿围手术期的护理,提出该病施行患肾及肿瘤切除加化疗是最有效的治疗手段。重点阐述了针对患儿不同年龄时期的特点,实施充分有效的术前准备、术后各种有效的护理措施,加强化疗时的护理,以及并发症的预防。通过护理未发生并发症,无1例死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixteen cases of children with Wilms’tumor during perioperative period were summarized.The results revealed that the most effective measure for treatment was removal of affected kidney and chemotherapy.Preoperative managements,the nursing of postoperation and chemotherapy and the prevention of complications in accordance with the characteristics were demonstrated.更多还原
