【摘要】 用特异的犬瘟热高免血清与金黄葡萄球菌Ａ蛋白（ＳＰＡ）致敏，经协同凝集方法（ＣＯＡ）制备犬瘟热快速诊断试剂，确定了制备工艺及标准操作程序。该制剂特异性强，与不健康动物的组织及其它几种病毒病（犬细小病毒肠炎、犬传染性肝炎、狂犬病等）发生交叉凝集反应，同时具有灵敏度高、微量，操作简便、易掌握省时，快速等特点，可在３～５ｍｉｎ获得诊断结果。制剂最后经冷冻干燥成型，便于保存、运输，适于兽医临床及养殖户应用。更多还原
