【Abstract】 By the way of the double wavelength thin layer scanning, the isatin content of infusion of isatis root is determined. The surveying wave of sample is 535nm, the reference wave is 640nm. The average rate of recovery is 98.05%, the relative standard deviation is 1.04%, the method is quick and simple, and its reappearing nature is good.
