【Abstract】 In this paper, under the constraint of pole assignment, the convergence speed concerning the minmization of б[p] (number of conditions) and the scope of indexes’ application are discussed. Through the organic combination of unrestrained optimization gradient method and conjugate gradient method for optimization-seeking, its convergence speed and application range of indexs are improved simultaneously.
