Ca和Zn对铸态镁高温抗氧化性及室温力学性能的影响

【摘要】 对提高铸态镁高温抗氧化性和室温力学性能的方法进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,Mg中加入Ca后能使其高温抗氧化性明显提高,但室温力学性能有所降低;Mg中加入Zn后能使其高温抗氧化性有一定的提高,同时较好地改善了室温力学性能;Mg中同时加入Ca和Zn后能使其高温抗氧化性显著提高,而室温力学性能也有较好的改善.

【Abstract】 The method to improve the high-temperature oxidation resistance and room-temperature mechanical property of Mg in as -cast condition are studied. The result showed when Ca is added, the high-temperature oxidation resistance can be improved significantly, but its room-temperature mechanical property is reduced; when Zn is added, its high-tempeature oxidation resistance and room-temperature mechanical property can be both improved tO a certain extent; when both Ca and Zn are added, its high-temperature oxidation resistance and room-temperature mechanical property can be improved satisfyingly.
