脱溶处理对铝铁合金加工软化现象的影响
Influence of Uniformization on Work Softening of Aluminium─ferro Alloy
【摘要】 研究了变形前脱溶处理对A1—2%Fe(质量分数)合金加工软化现象的影响,用电子探针能谱分析对A1-2%Fe合金的基体纯度进行了研究.结果表明:在673~773K进行脱溶处理时,固溶于基体中的Fe原子析出较快,具有显著的净化基体的作用,从而促进了加工软化.而在573K,873K脱溶处理时,由于固溶于基体中的Fe原子析出较慢,使基体净化不彻底,无明显的加工软化现象.
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the influence of uniformization on the work softening of Al-2.0wt%Fe alloy before deformation. The purity of the substrate of Al-2.0wt%Fe alloy is detected with electronic-probe and energy spectum. When the alloy is uniformed at the temperatures of 673K and 773K, the solid-soluble feero-atoms in the substrate seperate out quickly, and the substrate is purified notedly, so the work softening is improved; when the uniformization is at the tempertures of 573K and 873K, the solid-soluble ferro-atoms seperate out slowly, and the substrate is purified incompletely, the work softening is not obvious.
