镍元素对铸态35CrMnSi钢性能的影响
The Effect of Ni on Properties of Casting 35CrMnSi Steel
【摘要】 对采煤机截齿材料,用铸态35CrMnSi钢及在其中添加适量镍元素,并经退火,正火处理.用金相分析、硬度测定、静拉伸试验、缺口冲去等试验方法,比较了不同等温温度淬火后的力学性能.结果表明:铸态35CrMnSi钢实现综合力学性能最佳配合的等温淬火温度是340℃,而在钢中添加适量镍元素后,实现最佳配合的等温淬火温度是310℃—370℃;且各项力学性能指标均达到或超过了截齿产品生产的技术要求,同时它的等温淬火区域宽,组织致密,性能理想,从而找到了用铸造方法取代锻造方法生产截齿的途径.
【Abstract】 This paper studies the properties of casting seet 35CrMnSi for toothed cuttres used for coal mining machines and its composite with addition of Ni of the moderate amount after annealing and rectifying with metallograph analysis,hardness,still tensile and notch shock test,etc.It shows that the bending strength and fracture toughness go to the best coordination of casting 35CrMnSi steel after 340℃ isotherm quenching. This also occurs in the composite with proper amount of Ni after 310℃ to 370℃isotherm quenching;and all the mechanic properties are just or over the technological equirements is toothed cutters producing;comparing with non-Ni 35CrMnSi stal, properties are more ideal and the microsturcture is finer and more intense.So a new process of producing toothed cutters can be developed to replace forging with casting.
