高韧性耐磨钢的研究
Research of High Toughness and Wear-resistant Cast Steel
【摘要】 研究了一种高韧性耐磨钢ZG35CrMnNiMo,对其显微组织、热处理工艺及合金元素的影响进行了理论和实验分析,从而选定了最佳方案.实验结果表明,在同等条件下,ZG35CrMnNiMo的耐磨性为ZGMn13的3~5倍,完全可以代替在不能发挥加工硬化,又对韧性要求很有的冲击磨损条件下工作的高锰钢.
【Abstract】 A high-toughness and wear-resistent cast steel ZG35CrMnNiMo is studied in this paper.The relationships among microstructure,heat treatment and alloyed elements are analysed theoretically and experimentally.The best technique is also provided.The propoties of ZG35CrMnNiMo are HRC 50~55,αk≥70J/cm2. Under the same condition,the wear resistance of ZG35CrMnNiMo is 3~5 times as that of ZGMn13. It can replace ZGMn13 where there is no work-hardening but high toughness is desired.
