【摘要】 研究了传染性法氏囊病病毒（ＩＢＤＶ）在鸡胚细胞上繁殖的优化条件，结果表明，鸡胚细胞体外增殖培养后对ＩＢＤＶ的敏感性并不减弱，而且有提高。维持培养基中血清浓度的变化（体积分数在０．０１～０．１０范围内）对病毒的繁殖影响不大。该病毒更适宜于稍偏酸性和较高温度下繁殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimum process of producing infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV)on chicken embryo fibroblast(CEF)cells was studied.After thc CEF cells were grown several days,they were still very sensitive to innoculated IBDV. This result was critical to the efficient virus production on large scale by using propagated cells. It was also found that the IBDV prolrferation was not influenced by the serum concentration(0.01～0.1)in the media after virus innoculation. The optimal temperature and pH were 39℃and 6.8 for IBDV proliferation respectively.更多还原
