糠醛-油,N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮-油汽液平衡的连续热力学研究

【摘要】 应用连续热力学方法,对实验测定的糖醛-提余油,糠醛-抽出油,N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮-提余油,N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮-抽出油在常压下的汽液平衡数据进行了关联。其中连续组分的分布函数F(I)采用Γ函数和样条函数,连续组分间的相互作用参数及离散组分(溶剂)和连续组分之间的相互作用参数作为常数处理,取得了满意的结果。并将连续热力学法与虚拟组分法作了比较,结果表明,前者不仅计算准确度高,而且计算效率大大提高。

【Abstract】 The VLE data determined at normal pressure for four systems of furfural-raffinate oil, furfural-extract oil,N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone-raffinate oil, N-methyl-2-pyrroli-done-extract oil were correlated by continuous thermodynamics method. The distribution functions for continuous component used a Γ function and a cubic spline function ,in this paper.And the interaction parameters between discrete component-continous component,and continuous component-continuous component are assumed to be constant.The results are satisfactory.By compared the continuous thermodynamics method with pseudo-component method ,we get the results that the former was not only more accurale in calculation,but also the efficient of calculation was highly raised.
