【摘要】 从提高系统定位精度出发，对SC—2A光栅检测闭环伺服控制系统的动态特性进行了理论分析，并给出了一种微机实时动态控制方法。

【Abstract】 The dynamic performance analysis of SC-2A grating measurement system with a close -loop servo controller and a control method using microcomputer is described in this paper.
