采用闪速浮选提高金、铜的选矿回收率

【摘要】 本文分析了传统常规浮选金、铜矿物损失的原因,介绍了闪速浮选机的构造和提高金、铜浮选回收率的工作原理,指出闪速浮选是强化粗粒金、铜矿物早收,大幅度提高金回收率的有效工艺.对鸡笼山金铜矿,在磨矿分级回路中引入闪速浮选工艺,能提高金回收率5.13%.铜精矿铜品位提高1.11%.

【Abstract】 The reasons why gold and copper minerals lose in tulling by using conventional flotation, the structure of flash flotation machine and the principle of improving flotation recovery of goldand copper minerals are introduced and analyzed in this peper. It points out thst flash flotation is effective technology to intensify early recovery of coarse gold and copper minerals. When find fiotationtechnology was arranged into grinding-classification circuit in Ji-Long-Shan mine, the gold recoverywas increased by 5. 13% and the copper grade of gold-copper concentrate was upgraded by 1. 11 %.
