人体透明质酸代谢中的某些肿瘤学特征探讨
Study on some oncologic properties of hyaluronic acid metabolism in human body
【摘要】 研究了191例人体透明质酸(HA),发现胚胎组织中HA含量为(2038.39±336.51μg/L),新生儿血清HA值为720.81±385.76119/L,随着年龄增大血清HA逐渐下降,大约6月龄后血清HA较稳定地保持在45.92±35.92μg/L水平;肿瘤患者血清HA增高,中枢神经系统肿瘤脑脊液中HA显著增高。由于HA在新生儿中存在着胚胎现象,所以成年肿瘤患者血液或脑脊液中HA增高可能与“癌胚现象”有关。
【Abstract】 Human hyaluronic acid(HA) in 191 healthy donors were studied.It was found that serum HA concentration was significantly elevated(2038.39±336.51 μg/L)in fetuses and still at higher level(720.81±385.76μg/L)in neonates. It decreased gradually with aging and maintained a steady state at 45.92±35.92 μg/L 6 months after birth. Patients with neoplasm had increased HA in blood,and an elevated HA value in CSF was noted for patients with malignancy of central nervous system.As fetal tissues contain a large amount of HA,increased HA concentration in patients with neoplastic disease may be regarded as an oncofetal phenomenon.
